Personalized Service Dog Photo ID Card
Your Service Dog ID card is customized with your dog's photo and information and produced on durable 30 mil plastic, similar in thickness to many state-issued identification cards. We use professional resin thermal printing equipment to create a clear, professional-looking card, then laminate both sides with a protective layer for added durability and long-term everyday use.
The back of the ID card includes helpful information about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and federal Service Dog public access requirements. A clip-on ID holder is included to keep your card protected, visible, and easily accessible while you're out with your dog.
As an added convenience, a FREE digital copy of your completed ID card will be emailed to you once your ID is created, typically within 1 business day.
Personalized Aluminum Service Dog Tag
The included metal Service Dog tag is made from durable red anodized aluminum and features double-sided laser engraving in a compact, lightweight design.
The front is engraved with the words "Service Dog" and a scannable QR code. When scanned, the QR code takes you directly to the registry search page where your dog's registry information can be looked up.
The back is engraved with "Service Dog Access Required by Federal Law" along with the handler's name, dog's name, and Registry ID number.
Measuring approximately 1" x 1.5", the tag can easily be attached to a collar, harness, vest, lanyard, bracelet, or other gear. A 3/4" split key ring is included for easy attachment.
