ActiveDogs Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ActiveDogs order, you can return your merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be issued RMA # in order foryour return to be processed. The following options are available to you;
Refund: Items can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment if returned within 30 days.
Store Credit: Items can be returned for an online credit with no restocking penalty.
(Store credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date)
Cancelling Orders: Once an order is placed it can only be cancelled for a refund if it has
not been processed the shipping department. After the order is sent to the Shipping department we
cannot cancel or change the order for any reason. If you cancel the order by refusing the
shipment the delivery, return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.
Damaged/Defect Goods: Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order, we will determine wither replacements can be sent immediately or if a claim with the shipping company needs to be filed. Please keep all original packing materials.
Items not available for return:
Kennel Runs, Motorcycle Trailers, Embroidered Clothing, Customized Items, Vests with additional
patches beyond standard quantity are considered “custom item”.
Also any items being closed out or items on clearance are non-returnable.
All items being returned must have all original packaging and tags.
All items must be in New Condition, not altered in anyway and must be free of all dog hair/stains/odors.
If items arrive with any of the above issues we will return the product
back to the customer and item will not be processed as a return.
