If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ActiveDogs purchase, you can return your merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be issued RMA # in order for your return to be initiated. (note: item must be in new condition. Any custom/personalized products are not eligible for return)

Damaged/Defect Goods: 

Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order if your item has arrived damaged, we will determine wither replacements can be sent immediately or if a claim with the shipping company needs to be filed. Please keep all original packing materials. 

Items not available for return:
Embroidered Clothing, Customized/Personalized Items, Vests with additional patches sewn on beyond standard quantity. Products on closeout or clearance.

All items being returned must have all original packaging and tags. All items must be in New Condition, not altered in anyway and must be free of all dog hair/stains/odors.
If items arrive with any of the above issues, the item will be disposed of and return will not be processed.

Cancelling Orders:
Once an order is placed it can only be cancelled if it has not been sent to production. After the order is sent to the production department we cannot cancel or change or cancel an order.
