Each ID includes a FREE entry in the ActiveDogs online registry database. The QR code provides a convenient way to access the registry information from a compatible smartphone, tablet, or computer, giving you an easy way to reference your dog's information when needed.
Your personalized ID is produced on durable 30 mil plastic, similar in thickness to many state-issued identification cards. We use professional resin thermal printing equipment to create a clear, professional-looking card, then laminate both sides with a protective layer for added durability and long-term everyday use.
The back of the Service Dog ID includes helpful information about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and federal Service Dog public access requirements. A clip-on ID holder is included to keep your card protected, visible, and easily accessible when you're out with your dog.
As an added convenience, a FREE digital copy of your completed ID card will be emailed to you once your ID is created, typically within 1 business day.
Service Dog identification cards and online registration are optional identification tools. They are not required by the ADA and do not grant or establish Service Dog status or public access rights.
