The ActiveDogs Service Dog Handler ID provides a professional and durable identification solution for individuals who work with a service dog. This high-quality identification card clearly identifies you as a service dog handler while displaying important information in an easy-to-read format.

Each ID card is made from heavy-duty 30 mil plastic, the same material used for many state-issued identification cards. A professional resin thermal encoding process creates a polished, durable finish, while lamination on both sides provides added protection and long-lasting durability.

The back of the card includes ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) information outlining public access rights for service dog handlers. This information can help educate businesses and the public regarding service dog access requirements.

To create your custom ID card, simply complete the ID Information Form and submit your photo and information. Headshot photos work best, although we will do our best to edit other photo styles when possible.

The card includes a slot at the top, allowing it to be attached to a clip, split ring, lanyard, or other badge accessories.

A FREE digital copy of your completed ID card will be emailed within 1 business day after production.
