The Suede Leather & Neoprene Gauntlet has a suede leather exterior with a padded neoprene interior for extra protection. Neoprene is a shock absorbing material that helps protect the handler and the dogs teeth. The thumb hole makes the gauntlet fit like a fingerless glove and holds the gauntlet in place on your forarm. The gauntlet fits over your top knuckles to give them protection.
The gauntlet opens up so it is easy to put on and adjust. It is secured by two, adjustable Hook and Loop closures and a Hook and Loop tab on the interior of the hand area. The top and bottom of the gauntlet are bound and finished for added durability.
Gauntlets are protection for the handlers/dog trainers forarm area. They are often worn under clothing for added protection when working with and training agressive dogs or doing protection dog training. Choose for Right or Left Arm application. Made in the USA.
