The Prong Collar Cover covers the prong training collar, making it look like a nylon collar. The collar cover is made with two layers of webbing. Hook and Loop is placed between the layers, extends beyond the sides of the webbing and wraps around the inside of the prong collar. The cover is very easy to put on and will not slip off the collar.
When a prong training collar is properly fitted, it is a very effective tool for training and is not cruel to the dog.
