The Metal ID Badge is made from aluminum. It is coated on both sides and then the ID information is baked into the finish using a sublimation process. This gives it a strong bonded finish.
The slot at the top allows you to: 1) You can hook it through the snap hook that is on many of our vests. 2) You can purchase a plastic & metal clip or split ring clip if you want to attach the ID to a bag, coat, collar, etc. 3) You can purchase a lanyard and hang the ID around your neck.
If it is a Service Dog ID, we will put the ADA information (American with Disabilities Act) on the back of the ID. This information addresses the issue of permitted access to public buildings. If it is for a Therapy Dog the ID will be double sided.
To send us your dog’s photo and your information, click on the blue ID Request Form at the bottom. Photo shots of your dog's head are best, but we will edit (as best we can) another photo. This card will be entered in the Activedog's Data Registry. Activedogs.com is not a certifying agency, nor do we accept any responsibility for information that you have us put on your ID badge.
We don't recommend putting the ID in a vinyl pocket.
Size is 3.5”x2”
