Lined with thick genuine sheepskin padding, the chest plate helps reduce strain on the dog’s chest during mobility work. Three adjustable straps keep the harness securely positioned and help prevent slipping during use.
For improved balance and safer weight distribution, the reinforced stand-up handle is positioned over the dog’s shoulders rather than the back. This allows the dog to use its strongest and most stable area for mobility support when helping handlers stand, sit, or navigate obstacles.
Crafted from full premium latigo leather, this harness offers exceptional durability with a soft supple feel that breaks in comfortably over time. The leather is dyed completely through to resist fading and infused with oils and conditioners during tanning, making it highly water-resistant and resistant to drying or cracking. Both the chest plate and back plate are lined with thick genuine sheepskin padding for additional comfort.
The heavy-duty three-section stand-up handle is securely riveted into the reinforced back plate for dependable support. Two D-rings behind the handle allow attachment of an optional bridge handle (sold separately), while a rear D-ring provides a convenient leash attachment point.
The harness also includes an engraved black “SERVICE DOG” tag and a stitched clear vinyl ID pocket for identification. All five straps are fully adjustable using durable metal roller buckles for a secure customized fit and easy on/off use.
