The Floating Ring Short Leash is made with two layers of black, latigo leather which is stitched and riveted together using copper rivets. Latigo leather is a durable, flexible, softer leather and it breaks in faster. It is dyed solid all the way through, so it will not fade. Because of the conditioners that are infused with oils during the process latigo leather is almost waterproof. It will not dry out like most harness leather. It can be easily cleaned and oiled after use.
There is an added floating O-ring. This is handy to attach a long line, tracking line, or leash to this short leash. Because of its size, this leash can be easily carried in your coat/pant pocket or bag. This lead is a nice length for training your dog to heel by keeping the dog close. USA made.
