This braided leather collar is a work of art. The activedogs.com beautiful 1 1/2" leather collar has a braided leather strip running along the top side. The D-ring for attaching your leash is at the center so will not be in the way of the buckle. It has nickel plated hardware and is made of two layers of Latigo leather. The Braided Leather Collar is very stylish and has the strength of a traditional leather collar. The layers of leather are stitched together for strength and decoration.
Latigo leather is a durable, flexible, softer leather and it breaks in faster. It is dyed solid all the way through, so it will not fade. Because of the conditioners that are infused with oils during the process latigo leather is almost waterproof. It will not dry out like most harness leather. It can be easily cleaned and oiled after use.
These collars are hand crafted to make a high quality finish, which gives each collar its own slightly unique design. Two sizes available. MADE IN THE USA
