Orders placed before 8am (CST) ship same day,
Orders after 8am are processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri)

Ships within 1-2 business days of order receipt.

(FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Business, UPS Ground)
Ships within 4-10 business days of order receipt.

Ships within 6-12 business days of receiving your order.
(Package may ship Mail, Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS, FedEx Smart-Post, UPS Sure-Post)
If you cannot receive a particular service at your location, please make note in the comment box when placing your order.
*This service is only available on orders under 4lbs and to locations within the contiguous US.*
Truck shipments can take up to 1-2 weeks for delivery once the order has been shipped.
(All freight shipping, if you need lift gate service there will be an additional fee for shipping)
This shipment will be delivered via semi, a method of unloading it will be required. If lift gate truck is needed for delivery additional fees will be charged.
Please check over your delivery PRIOR to signing the bill of lading from the carrier.
If shipment is signed and received from carrier without noted possible damages on the bill of lading, the customer will be responsible for filling a freight claim with the carrier and arranging for any repair or return of the damaged goods. Activedogs & LTL Company are not liable for any damages if not noted "damaged" or "possible damage" on bill of lading.
Express delivery orders that are delayed due to weather conditions are not covered under the time guarantee
All countries charge duties & taxes on all imports, please check with your local agencies for this information as we do not set or have control over these fees.
All international orders will be charged duties & taxes and some will have additional brokerage fee from FedEx/UPS in order to get your package through customs & into your country.
We will not be held responsible for items that are confiscated by Customs officials in your country.
You must make sure the items are allowed in your country before you make your purchase. Items seized by your country will not be refunded. If your package is un-deliverable or you refuse delivery, you will still be responsible for shipping cost, duties & taxes and custom items are still non-returnable and refunds cannot be processed.
