Terms and Conditions for Activedogs’s Giveaway Contest as of 2024

1. Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
   
   • Are a legeally registerd organization with FEIN number or a 501c3 non-profit.
   • Are training dogs for the purpose of any of the following; service dogs, therapy dogs, assistance dogs.
2. Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on Social Media & complete the above form. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, or tagging friends. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
3. Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 9/6/24 and ends on 9/30/24 at 10pm CST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
4. Prize: The winner will receive custom logo vests for their organization. As defined in the terms, the prize is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. ActiveDogs reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow ActiveDogs to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
7. Liability: ActiveDogs is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless ActiveDogs and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of Wisconsin.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will occur in Rusk County, WI and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
10. Modification: ActiveDogs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. ActiveDogs also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
